Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions and the web-based booking form constitute the entire Agreement concerning the provision of Taxi service (“Service”) between you and Liverpool Airport Trips LTD. Completion of the booking and use of the Service indicates your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.

Our company reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Existing bookings will remain at the rate originally agreed upon.

1. We require at least 4 hours notice for all online bookings. For bookings made with less than 4 hours notice, please contact our office to check availability.
2. When booking your taxi, please allow enough time to accommodate your airline's check-in requirements and possible traffic delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by insufficient travel time or if passengers are not ready at the scheduled pickup time.
3. Please ensure you book an appropriately sized vehicle for the number of passengers and luggage. Our company cannot guarantee that excessive luggage can be accommodated. Hand carry bags must not exceed 7 kg (56 x 36 x 23 cm), and check-in bags must not exceed 23 kg, with dimensions between 71-81 cm high, 43-51 cm wide, and 26-30 cm deep.
4. Be sure to provide all necessary information on the booking form and use the special notes box to inform us of any additional details.
5. Any changes or variations to the journey, including extra mileage, waiting time, or route deviations, will incur additional charges in line with our pricing structure.
6. Please ensure all pickup dates and times are in UK time. For airport pickups, the first hour after the plane’s actual landing time is free. After this, waiting time is charged at £24/hr pro rata. For non-airport pickups, waiting time is charged at £24/hr pro-rata after 20 minutes of the scheduled pickup time. It's important that the contact phone number provided is reachable. If we are unable to establish contact within the waiting period, the booking will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued. Please inform us immediately of any delays due to customs, immigration, or baggage issues to avoid a no-show status. If you select a pickup time later than the flight landing time, the complimentary waiting time will be limited to 20 minutes after the chosen pickup time.
7. To cancel a booking, please notify Liverpool Airport Trips as soon as possible. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice will be refunded. No refund will be issued for cancellations made after a vehicle has been dispatched or with less than 24 hours notice.
8. We take complaints seriously and investigate each one thoroughly. Please contact us with your reference number, booking confirmation, and as much information as possible.
9. Occasionally, we may use subcontractors or partner companies to fulfill bookings.
10. You are responsible for the behavior of all passengers during the journey. A cleaning fee will be charged if the vehicle is soiled by any passenger.
11. We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
12. We may terminate a booking immediately if the behavior of any passenger poses a risk to the driver or vehicle. No refund will be issued in such cases, and passengers will be asked to leave the vehicle when it is safe to do so.
13. Our company tracks all incoming flights to ensure the driver is available at the correct time.
14. While we strive to ensure punctuality, we are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or road closures. We are also not liable for missed flights, trains, or cruises due to these factors.
15. We will make every effort to get you to your destination on time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic or road conditions beyond our control.
16. Every child counts as one passenger. If a child seat is required, please inform us at the time of booking. We will do our best to provide one, or you may bring your own. However, you are responsible for installing the child seat.
17. If the driver is delayed by traffic or other factors, we will attempt to provide a replacement vehicle from one of our partners.
18. If the driver does not arrive at the scheduled time, please contact our office. If you leave the pickup point without notifying us, we will not be liable for any compensation. If you use another taxi service without our consent, we will not be responsible for any costs.
19. We reserve the right to change your assigned vehicle or driver if necessary. Smoking, eating, and drinking are prohibited in all our vehicles.
20. All vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third-party claims, but customers' property is carried at their own risk.
21. Customers are responsible for ensuring their luggage is loaded and unloaded. We are not liable for any loss or damage to property.
22. If the vehicle breaks down during the journey, we will arrange an alternative car as soon as possible.
23. In the event of a national emergency, riot, war, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, we may cancel services and provide refunds.
24. It is illegal to make a private booking with our drivers. We are not liable for any incidents that occur from unauthorized bookings.
25. If a passenger fails to show up for any reason, no refund will be issued.
26. For airport pickups, customers must contact the driver, preferably via WhatsApp, message, or call, upon landing to keep the driver updated. Contact should be made at least 5-10 minutes before arriving at the meeting point to allow the driver time to enter the car park.
